How to change the ProMax Filter Cartridge:

1. Unscrew the shower filter assembly from the shower arm by turning counter-clockwise.
2. Unscrew the filter housing by placing one hand on the top and bottom portion of the filter housing.
3. Remove the cartridge and replace with a new cartridge. Screen mesh must be facing upward.
4. Make sure o-ring inside of filter housing remains seated in the o-ring groove.
5. Screw the housing back together.
6. Reattach back into shower arm.
7. Return to section 2 (Activation).
8. No backflushing is required.
9. The Filter cartridge is NOT reversible.

Reminder: Change the filter cartridge every 6-9 months.
