This warranty does not apply to any unit that has been subjected to misuse, negligence, tampering, accidental damage or damage due to faulty packaging or mishandling in transit. This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts and does not apply to any unit that has been used for commercial purposes. This warranty is limited to the Pump unit only. The warranty does not cover any pump that has not undergone regular routine cleaning and maintenance as stated in user guide. The motor is factory sealed with an epoxy resin, tampering will void warranty. The impeller housing should still be accessed for regular maintenance. The Impeller is not covered by the warranty. No liability is assumed with respect to loss or damage to livestock or personal property irrespective of the cause thereof. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by or resulting from damages from shipping or repairs, service or alterations to the product or any of its parts, which have been performed by a repair person not authorized by Rolf C.
